		<description>A small point to note, Katrina - not all gelatins are made from animal products.  Vegetarians wanting to firm up their liquids (snicker) can choose from agar and carageen, both made from seaweed.  Agar is common in Asian cooking and can be found at Asian supermarkets and stores.

But I&#039;m all about the meat products, myself.  Love the trotters... Cheers!</description>
