Hi Ryan,

Awesome awesome stuff man! St John has been a destination restaurant for me for the past few years, as everything offal related makes my appetite perk up ever since eating sauteed duck livers in Paris when I was 16!

Anyway, its a bit shameful to admit, but after working in the UK for almost 1 year now, and with St John Bread and Wine just 45 mins walk away, I've yet to go there! I will....I will get there soon. Meanwhile, will look forward to your posts. I've got ox tongue in the pot now, and sweetbread and lamb fry fritters in the freezer, ready for a party. They are offally good!
