Incanto is really wonderful. I ate there only one time, right before I moved away from San Francisco. I had the trotter appetizer, which completely blew my mind. For my app, I had crispy roasted goat with cardoons. The goat was tasty, but I did not like the cardoons much. They tasted like potatoes, but the texture was not very giving, like potatoes that were undercooked. But yeah, the trotter was amazing. I’ve never had anything like that before or since.
Mike, I’d love to eat at Incanto again. I’ll be the first to admit, I’m pretty biased, but the food was just awesome. I’ve got pictures I need to fiddle with before I post more, but go if you can!
Welcome, photoford! I’ve got a trotter experience myself, but I’ll wait for the full update to spill the beans. I’ve never had cardoons before, I’ll have look into them.
