From today to Friday, my wife and I will be taking a short vacation in Las Vegas with friends of ours from California. We used to all head out there at least once a year, to just relax and enjoy all of the things that Vegas has to offer. One of those things being the food of course. Some of the best meals I’ve ever had have been in Las Vegas, like the tasting menu at Picasso in the Bellagio.
Anyhow, I’m going to try and update at least once a day with a picture and a quick blurb about something neat we’re eating. I’m really looking forward to the Warm Tripe “alla Parmigiana” and Lamb’s Brain “Francobolli” with Lemon and Sage from Mario Batali and Joseph Bastianich’s B and B Ristorante.
